A suggestion.
As a fellow forum goer for many years (Since i was 8, thanks Gamefaqs)
i've seen quite a few clever ways to distribute jokes and sarcasm. So i offer this advice, a new rule should be that when someone makes a joke or a sarcastic comment, the text should be purple. This will lighten the mood if its a really bad joke or really good one and well...clear a lot of god damn confusion. I offer this because...well you can only sometimes tell a joke or sarcastic comment when you hear it (tone of voice i.e)...and well since we can't hear each other (Thank god!) its kind of difficult to tell sometimes. Like.. Those 19 inch wheels belong on a 99' Camry brah or... Yeah, i'd take an FRS over any modern day Porsche. Eh? |
Hm... if you like to do it, I don't see any problem. Just adding into a rule might be out of question due to few things I can think top of my head.
1. It's a hassle 2. Not full sentence is a joke... so when & where you change the color? 3. When's it's a half joke, half serious 4. Color blind members 5. Different colors will start to rise = it's annoying reading the thread If you wanna do it, go for it... just, I can't follow that path. |
[sarcasm] Only if it's Cherry Blossom Red [/sarcasm]
