Qualify The Issue (QTI)
 

I have read many post whereby someone describes an issue that they are having and as a result get many, in my view, questionable comments.

It would be very helpful to all that when one describes a problem that he/she at least first includes the following that may apply to the problem:

1. Any mods that have been done.
2. Which vehicle they have -Premium or Limited.
3. Which transmission, manual or automatic.
4. Country (USA or New Zealand, for instance), since Subaru may
have to meet specific regulations and some features may be
different. Canada, I believe, requires DRLs (Daytime Running
Lights) whereby in the USA it is not required.
5. When one is responding it might also be helpful for one to describe what he/she has.
