Yes, more info please! Brand? If I could fit my old Veilside metal knob on it, I'd be a happy man!

Just ordered my brz today, so I need to get started on the mods:thumbsup:

It's available in a red finish too, I think.

Hmm I was really excited for something like this to be available. I don't like the plastic OEM lockout but I DO like the OEM shifter/throw in general. I feel like I might ruin that with a short shifter.

$90 is a bit steep, even for Perrin. As stated, I'd rather get clear corners for around that price.

Yeah, I think I'd rather spend my money on something that helps me go foward.

The Perrin price is pretty high. The only reason I would consider this part is because at sustained high rpm the factory lockout vibrates pretty bad. It's not a huge deal but an annoyance I could do without.

After taking delivery of my BRZ I actually was ok with the stock shifter throw, so instead of getting the short shifter, I got this piece from Japan...

Now I need to get a nice polished shift knob to match it. With the new reverse lockout lever and oem armrest I installed, the interior now feels complete.

Looks nice, where'd you get it and for how much?

Found it on www.japanparts.com. The currency exchange came out to $56 when I bought it. Shipping will cost more of course, but it only took 1 week to arrive.
