WANTED: New Housemate
 

I am in the market for a new housemate! I'm pretty great, so come live with me.

Location:
Derwood, MD
VERY close to the Shady Grove Metro, The ICC, and 270.
There's a c&c that meets every Sunday right down the street, too.

House:
Townhouse
2 stories + finished basement
Small backyard w/patio + privacy fence

Room:
Basement
~125-150 sqft
Large closet
Personal full bath

Would totally sign up with a fellow 86'er but your way to far away from me. Meh. My search continues.

Rent amount and parking situation would help :P

Parking situation:
No garage unfortunately
We have 2 guaranteed spots in front of the house and 99% of the time, we have 4.
I already have a good set of tools, but I am missing some things that I could use without a garage:
Welder, Cherry Picker, Impact Wrench, Heat Gun, and Compressed Air Tools.
My HOA doesn't mind me working on my car, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Price: 700/month + utilities.

I would bro if I was looking for a place.

hahaha do you smoke or drink? I'm asking because I know some people but they don't do that maybe interested ; v ; I don't either not any more anyways. XD

I'll get em in a few days when the room is clean of the old tenants' stuff.

Drink? Yes. All the time. I love good beer.
