Creacking sound from front corner? (Where side marker is)

When I sit on my front left headlight area or press it lightly it makes a pretty strong creaking sound when pressure is applied. I know this isn't abnormal but its pretty loud creaking as opposed to the right side which only has minimal. Does anyone else have this problem or know if its a loose screw or something that causes this?

Because 1st model year fun, sporty automobile? :bellyroll:

I can't say I have noticed this. Perhaps you've damaged it from doing sitting on it too much. Maybe stop doing it? :iono:

Wait, how often do you SIT ON YOUR CAR'S FRONT END?

The bitterness from people who were expecting mythical "top notch Toyota design and manufacture" and received a $25k Subaru sports car are more entertaining than anything else on this forum.

I'm not sure what kinds of cars a lot of you people are coming from, but some these threads border on the ridiculous. I dunno, my previous ride was made of Tuperware and had solid engine/tranny mounts. I've experienced rattles that would give some of you guys nightmares. I couldn't even keep my review mirror attached to the windshield for more than a month before having to retighten the bolt. IMO, the BRZ is like a Caddy!

Occasionally when hanging out with friends in a parking lot.

PS. Its not a major problem but when I push in the inner wheel well toward the side marker it makes a creaking sound, same with if I push with a little but of pressure around the area makes a creaking sound as if something is rubbing something that should be tightened.

So you made a thread asking if plastic makes a noise when bent in a way it wasn't designed to?

Answer: yes it does.

I ask because I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and knows what to tighten to fix it. It's not a huge issue but as it is only one side I'm sure there is something I can do.

Sounds like metal fatigue to me. Stop sitting on the front of your car. Its aluminum and plastic. Odds are you are bending something.

oh and

FATTY!
