New Addition to Visconti Tuning!

Hey all -

I just wanted the opportunity to introduce myself on this forum and create an added line of communication with Visconti Tuning. The demands for Visconti's talent and tunes are growing daily and I'd like everyone to know that I'm also here to help answer any questions, and get you the information and advice you need as soon as possible!

In the coming months, we'll be building some brand new performance packages with exciting new features to help you get the absolute most out of your FR-S/BRZ. I'm very excited to be a part of this mission, and I hope to offer enhanced customer service and an enthusiastic resource for all of your tuning/performance modification questions!

If you have questions or comments; if you're a new customer or an old customer; if you're still on the fence about whether or not this is the right car for you.. please don't hesitate to reach out to us! There is no one more knowledgeable about the FA-20 platform than Visconti Tuning. When "stock" performance just ain't cutting it, we look forward to being your goto resource!

-Rich

ok, first question of the thread...

I haven't been following things in the last few months, what features are presently available in each of the maps of the standard tune? And what changes have been made to them? Thanks.

John, congrats on the addition! And Rich, welcome.

Hey Calum -

We just had a similar question on the support board. Here's the individual map features from the latest release:

Map 1 - Tune + Stock Rev Limiter
Map 2 - Tune + 8000RPM Rev Limiter in 2nd Gear + Launch Control + Flat Foot Shifting
Map 3 - Tune + 8000RPM Rev Limiter in 2nd Gear + Launch Control + Flat Foot Shifting + RaceRom Traction Control
Map 4 - Tune + 8000RPM Rev Limiter in 2nd Gear + Launch Control + Flat Foot Shifting + More Agreesive RaceRom Traction Control

Pandle 03-13-2013 01:17 AM

I know that launch control and flat foot shifting arent present in the automatic but how about the increased rev limit and traction control? If they are do you have to ask or are they already included?

sw20kosh 03-13-2013 03:15 AM

Welcome Rich! What about auto blip? Is that included?
