Anyone else get a letter like this? Or does everyone get a letter after buying a new car? Sorry this my first new car. :iono:

Maritz is a legit company. Subaru must have hired them to compile customer feedback. Sometimes they send out "thank you" gifts for completing the survey.

I got one when we bought our CR-V. It is legit, tell them what you think, be blunt and honest.

I got the Maritz research study. Filled it out mainly because I majored in Psych in college; the study is thorough and should provide valuable feedback for Subaru. Furthermore, it definitely has questions that ask the same thing, but are worded differently (important control).

I've gotten these in the past. Some of them will actually include a dollar as compensation for filling it out.

I got one in the mail either these people or JD power and it included a $10 in it

I fill them all out. some of them enter you in a sweepstakes and so many people throw them away it betters the odds of winning.
The ones from the dealer and service are very important to them so be honest.

I got one with a $10 bill in it. I can't remember who sent it to me now though.
