My SWP BRZ "Huggie" lol

Figured its about time I make a journal for myself. The term "Huggie" came from my girlfriend haha. I think its self explanatory but she thinks the car "hugs" turns so well, as well as the seats. Therefore "Huggie". I don't really name my car so this is what will stick for now. She named my old STi Frosty because when I first bought it, it had the green lighting inside along with the red cluster, and my car was white so it reminded her of christmas and frosty the snowman.

My old STi:

Comments/criticism welcome. I know I will get hate on the air, but I've posted many times about it before and It truly is a great setup and drives amazing.

Wow, that last picture looks great with the lighting. Really shows off the side profile lines

SkAsphalt 03-11-2013 04:11 PM

Also, no one should ever say "needs more low" here

xxscaxx 03-11-2013 04:39 PM

I am sure the "too low" comments will come though. Its ok, different strokes for different folks.

LOVE the mods! Very nicely done. Painted tails are  especially on a white car!

Nice build there! I wouldn't personally go with an air set up, but hey it's your car not mine. You should come down to LA and enter that in a low rider competition. LOL

Thanks! Its not for everyone but I think a lot of people just don't know too much about it. I bet you if I left my car on riding height and took someone for a ride you wouldn't even know it was on air...lol. I still need an alignment but the car handles very well, especially being on snow tires. Can't wait for my wheels to be finished and can get some sticky tires on it and see what it can really do.

Turbowned 03-15-2013 05:30 PM

As long as you don't scrape over crap and ruin your car it's fine. What pisses me off is people who run static ride height like that. Nice mods so far!

There used to be a strip club that I passed on the way to university every day. One half of it was called The Dollhouse, it was more popular. The other side was called Huggies, it had the male dancers... lol

Anyways aside from your choice of name, pretty cool car! My friend is getting a fancy air ride setup for his A4, so I'll get to experience this new generation of air suspension first hand.
