The emblems and brand are starting to grow on me though.

And, got my TRD exhaust in and installed it. Super easy. Took off 4 bolts, removed 5 hangars, and did the reverse with the new exhaust. And it sounds sexy as hell. Well worth it IMHO. Not too loud, which is what I was looking for. A way to get a good sound without drawing too much unwanted attention.

I must confess, that when I was test-driving a manual FR-S (couldn't find a manual BRZ in my area to drive) it actually had the TRD exhaust on it and man, the sound was sweet. So I am considering as well. Where did you order it from?

Thanks! I got the exhaust from TOT Performance, they've always got awesome TRD stuff... A fellow Celica owner on the forums I frequented does or used to work there.

Thanks guys! I generally lean towards OEM-looking modifications and nothing too extreme. And I think I'm going to have an odd mash-up of Toyota/Subaru parts on this thing eventually... we'll see. :iono:

It's been a while since I've posted any updates on here... after my car got hailed on in May I got kind of discouraged. It's FINALLY in the shop though and getting some much needed TLC. Here's a picture of it as it sits... be warned: this may be disturbing to some.

I've got the Perrin intake, Hotchkis front strut bar, Perrin oil cap, and Buddy Club tails installed so far... I'll post some pics up of the car as soon as it's done in the shop.

I hope they clean the engine bay before giving it back to you. Leaving sit out with no body panels is no bueno
