Anyone personally painted inside of tail light housings?
Everyone's done the headlights, ya know putting them in the oven, pulling em apart, painting the internals, etc. (myself included) but I'm confused about the tail lights. I was going to try them but realized they're held together differently. The headlights are held together by a thick silicone that hardens, easy to melt and pull apart, however it seems the taillight housings are actually two pieces of plastic fused together, which means the oven method wouldn't work as you'd melt the light before the plastic parted. I gave up on the idea until I just noticed the StayCrushing FR-S appeared to have the internals black before switching to Spyder Auto tails. Anyone tried this? Im lost and can't find anything online.
