HELP: Stock Exhaust Hanger measurement
I have taken off my stock rubber exhaust hanger to make a measurement, first I measured the "hanger hole" and got 12mm (obviously).

When measuring the "hanger hole distance", are you suppose to measure the first point of contact between the holes, or are you suppose to measure the holes towards the outside? Sorry for the bad quality but I have written down the measurements to make it easier for everyone. #1? http://imageshack.us/a/img694/2553/dsci0002s.jpg or... #2? http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/8786/dsci0005dv.jpg The reason why I am asking is because I am shopping for a pair of exhaust hangers that will be longer than stock hanger to clear my exhaust and dont want to end up with one that is shorter. Much appreciated. |
i know this is old, but I'm having exhaust pressing firmly against the frame/crossmember thing, and I definitely need longer hangers, did you happen to find some?

The perrin one is a little longer and wider.. much more stiff but the diamiter on the hanger is a tad to big for the brackit so my exhaust want to slip.. idk if they sent me the wrong ones or what but other then that maybe try kartboy
