I had that as an issue on track, it was alignment.

if there sqeeking you may have got them to hot or a pebble stuck it between the pad an rotor quick easy fix pull the pads off take some really coarse sand paper and take the top layer off the pad usually fixes the sqeek

1. Check front pads for obstructions.
2. Bleed front brakes to clear bubbles.
3. Check alignment.
4. Pray to Norse gods for clarity in braking.

you didn't do any brake flushes or anything of that sort have you?
If so possible air in line to one side ?

Here's another vote for bleeding. The brakes didn't feel right to me when I got my car, after 500 miles there was no change so I bled them. 2 of the lines had a lot of air in them.

All seem like possibilities, but I'm going to go with, your rotors are warped. Happens when you have misaligned suspension or you're really hard on your brakes and one side/rotor get's too much heat/pressure. That warps your rotors and you can do one of 2 things. 1. replace that bad rotor or 2. grind or lap (is that the correct term?) the rotor back to spec. Good luck.

Did you ever get a satifactory resolution to your FR-S brakes pulling to the right problem? I am experiencing the same issue with my BRZ. It's going back to the dealer for the 4th time...

Given your location, I guess it's a long shot, but here goes... Did you drive on salty roads last winter? Salt is no friend to brakes and can (indirectly) cause them to get stuck.

I actually performed a brake service to clean out the dust and removed and replaced the calipers. The pads are still in 80% material left. The problem went away... My ebrake is prematurely worn.

I did drive during the winter, but the problem has existed since day one. The dealer replaced the front-right caliper, which seems odd to me, since it's pulling to the right. In my experience, it's always the caliper ACROSS from the pull that's been the culprit.

Hey F3dzo Thanks for the feedback. I'll check the e-brake and follow up with the remaining calipers. Did you change out the rear calipers as well? The reason I ask is that during hard braking from higher speeds, the rear end feels a little squirrelly - then it pulls to the right. Not a good feeling. I wonder whether it's the left front sticking or possibly the back.

Another one for bleeding. I was getting a pull to the left under moderate/heavy braking. I have 29K kilometres, stock everything. There was air in all the lines but the worst was the passenger side which explains the pull. Not to mention the car is way more stable under heavy braking-doesn't seem squirrelly anymore.

That clicking Sound I assume you got fixed Carwhisperer? If not, the solution for me at least was having my axle spline replaced under warranty.
