worse about forums

what would you rather deal with, reposted old information or reposted stupid questions?

tranzformer 12-25-2011 02:55 PM

Neither.

Farred 12-25-2011 03:06 PM

i can deal with info. the questions bother me.

WingsofWar 12-25-2011 03:17 PM

most reposts dont bother me, some though make me rage.

Heres the deal..every new member has questions or old information they think is new. Thats fine, thats the thing about the majority of new member, and i am patient and willing to guide them to the right direction.

BUT! At least attempt to search! before making a new thread. Some do search and some are really bad at using the search function and put retarded keywords that have no relevance to their inquiry. Thats ok.

But new members who use their first post count to make brand new thread, posting old information or have a question that can be answered by lurking, is completely unacceptable.

Yup and they are bound to keep popping up. Our most recent thread to add to the list.

I see what you did there.

It is fine to discuss it. It is the issue of creating a new thread to discuss the same damn thing and hear the complaining when we already have many threads with the same exact topic. I could probably pull up a good 7-8 threads with the whole, "WHY NO TURBO"?!?! topic. If someone wants to talk about that do it in there.
