Those marks are from our 48" belt sander. We cant cnc machine them after full construction. And this is also the first time you have brought this up ; im almost positive ive been in contact with you since your original order. I cant fix something if you dont bring it to light. Those flanges are stainless and tend to pull a bit more and we have switched to mild steel for out kits. You are more than welcome to return it we'll take care of the shipping.

That's exactly what it looks like. A belt sander and the flanges have been rocked to make them convex. The worst end is still almost 4mm out when you place a straight edge flat on the opposite side and just too much to correct by hand.

I have brought it up before but you must have missed it. I should have got in touch direct but had hoped to be able to fix it up myself.

I appreciate the offer and will return it. I had assumed I was stuck with it due to the distance involved, so thanks, that's very reassuring.
Could I have your address for shipping.

PM sent. I wont leave any of my customers out to dry no matter where you guys are located.

NotSoJDM 03-04-2013 10:47 AM

Is that going to be final location for the downpipe? Looks to be fairly close to the cold pipe. Extended use could prove to increase iats drastically with heat transfer from the downpipe to the intercooler piping post-intercooler.

Have you done any iat testing? I'm really interested in this kit due to price point, but that's my primary concern for track days.

its not as close as the angle makes it seem. but we also have a couple provision that ill show you guys on the final product later on this week. no charge to you of course. These ill minimize heat transfer and keep iat down.
