LED swap
 

So it's finally done! After a massive amount of testing various LEDs, I've gone with these ones and I think they look pretty good. Special thanks to @Acree for some helpful disassembly tips.

Nicely done. I wouldn't have changed the needle LEDs, or at least found some clear needles, but other than that, good job!

I wanted to make the needles clear. But taking them apart is waaaaay too hard for me. Not sure if the GT (FRS) needs look the same from the back, but the GTS needles are fused together with a heat stake. I don't mind the colour it makes actually.

But if you can point me to where I can buy clear needles, I'll most likely buy some.

The redline was ok... I just photocopied the face and used that as a template. It was still a bitch cutting out the cellophane perfectly though.

I am willing to. But I can't say it'll be cheap. It will likely take me a whole day. More if you want the same effect with the numbers being white.

@Skorov, hey just noticed your 86 has snow and sport toggles at the bottom of your gearstick, was that standard with your 86? It didnt come on my gts so am abit confused....

It comes with Auto GTSs.
