Has anyone installed the whiteline steering rack bushings?

I've seen a lot of feedback on the TiC aluminum bushings, but seeing as those aren't allowed in STX for autocross, I'm looking into the bushings from whiteline. Problem is, I can't find any reviews on here and I was wondering if anyone can vouch for them before I go ahead and order.

I swear every question I have on this site, you're right there with an answer. What would I do without you Scooby South?

awww thanks..:)

I can say with good confidence.. you probably won't notice much difference...since the stockers are pretty new still. but over time.. where the stockers give up... thats where these will start to shine.. they will just last longer and maybe a little bit of feel.. this is from experience from 2 other cars that had them.. 05 STi and 2000 RS

Agree'd.

We will be putting them on our silver car in the next couple weeks as we gear up for the season.

Wait. We have an SCCA legal version in production right now.

Yeah, where does it say that solid steering rack bushings aren't allowed? I know engine and transmission mounts can't be solid...

EDIT: NVM, I found http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...689#post754689 (see pg. 81, rule E)

Are you talking about something other than the solid aluminum ones?

I also have the whiteline ones on order. They should be at my place tomorrow. I may have them installed by this weekend. Not sure yet considering Grand Am is going to be at Circuit of the Americas this weekend :/

I installed my Whiteline steering bushings last month. They are in my build thread in my signature below this along with all the other goodies I've added.
