Hello all about a month or two ago my girlfriend bought for me (for my birthday) the JPM Coachworks shift boot and Ebreak boot. she gave them to me last sunday. The Ebreak boot went on without a problem. Because i have the BPS short shifter my shift boot was a little tight to get on and i was unable to fit it on. :( i called them the next day and spoke to Joe who told me do whatever you need to do to get it on you break it we will send a new one no questions asked! WOW these guys are amazing. I also made a post on here in there thread and andrew contacted me via PM on tuesday. i got back to him but was unable to try to get the boot on till yesterday i tried again without success. Today Andrew Pms me again (note i did not pm him since tuesday) just wanting to know how everything was working out! when i told him i was unable to get the boot on his next pm to me was a tracking number with a new boot! no questions asked just a fix! These guys are the best! i would recommend them to anyone!

I haven't purchased anything from JPM yet, but plan to in the next few weeks.

Andrew and Alex stayed on the phone with me for nearly an hour and answered every single one of my millions of questions. Great guys. :thumbsup:

Agree with all the positive reviews. I ordered right in the middle of their move, so it took a few weeks, but they were very open about the time-frame right from the start and personally called to apologize for the wait and tell me that my order had shipped. Absolutely fantastic service and awesome products.

Going to see them tomorrow. Alex was even kind enough to email me a photo of the pieces they've put together for me. Awesome, awesome service. :thumbup:

i can also attest to the great feedback. back when i had a CL9 TSX I sent them my stock parts and these guys made custom replacements. Kept me updated along the way and provided me with great service.

JPM is phenomenal to do business with. I placed my order with them at the WORST time and it took awhile due to them being backed up. I called a couple times and spoke to Alex ( i believe?) about it. He always cleared up everything and explained the issue....and then we bullshitted about cars a bit. Really cool guys at that company. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.


As far as prices go, in my personal opinion, JPM is a bargain for the quality you get.

I would highly recommend JPM as a vendor. Ordered right after all the products were offered in leather variants and my order was completed within a few days. I ordered with 3 day select shipping to make sure it was here for a mass install on a Saturday and Andrew called me to offer a partial refund on shipping since he could ship standard and get it here faster. That is going above and beyond for a customer.

I love the shift boot, e-brake boot, and kneepads and will be ordering again for the speaker trim panels and armrests. Quality is unparalleled, they clearly take their time to ensure all their products are top notch. A++ vendor.
