"I can't text in this thing!"
Comment my wife said as I was driving (normally) and she was rushing to text her coworker important stuff. Suspension was too firm for her to text.
Later, on the highway, my son in the back seat starts giggling out of control "it tickles!". The highway was "grooved/graded/textured" in that area causing a vibration through the suspension to the seats. I know I have to hold the sides of the stereo/dash with 3 fingers to steady my pointer finger to change XM station presets. Still rides much better than my NA Miata... :D |
Lol if you're ever on the 405N right after the 10 there is this part where I feel like my car is just undulating and I'm rocking back and forth, good thing I don't get motion sickness haha.

Reminds me of my last trip to NY. In Buffalo on I-90 in the concrete road toll free section at night. The concrete is so badly shifted the car was bucking like a bronco. I know the bright headlights popping up and down had to be freaking people out on the road. It was bad enough for me to slow down below the speed limit.

Maybe, if all cars were this firm, we'd have fewer accidents from texting and driving? ;)

lol I feel her pain. I like that I can have the texts read through the head unit but I cant seem to send the auto response messages back so no one hears from me via txt while driving.
I did just get my nav updated so I will have to try to send responses to see if that got fixed too. It's awesome when my husband txt me "I love you". Makes me think my car loves me. |
Me too feeling it's on the stiff side when pavement not in good shape (and not alot of roads in top shape up here with big temp differentiel summer/winter).
In the Spring, I will be fun to compare with my NA Miata also when I take it out (it's for sale thought)... |
Stop "pecking" on shitty keyboards and get Swype :P
