Doesn't raise the car like a traditional camber plate; that's about all I can tell from the pictures (posted on various other forums earlier). It's got a bearing that should last and...well that's all I know about it. Haven't seen many other replacement spring perches with camber plates.

A non-raising camber plate that works with springs and struts. :)

Does that mean this could alternatively slam a car and maintain suspension travel with coilovers, similar to Robi's setup?

You could, but you'll net no more travel than using a stock hat. These don't lower the car, but maintain the stock stack height.
