did you finance or lease your frs/brz?
how many financed and how many leased?
if you paid cash all at once please do not vote. Thanks |
If I was going to lease, I would have gotten the ultimate leasing machine.

I had my last Scion (tC) for 8 years, and would probably still be driving it if it didn't roll off a slippery corner onto its roof. Financed for long-term ownership. With the insurance check and tax return as down payment, my monthly is down around $215.
|
I work for Toyota, we have sold 23 FRS at my dealership and not one has been leased. I had one customer interested in a lease but he never pulled the trigger.
|
Financed for five years. Plan to have it paid off in 2.5-3 years. I personally don't like to be making payments on a car that is out of warranty.
Out of the 25 or so cars I've had, only one was leased. Had a fairly positive experience with it though, and wouldn't rule it out completely in the future. |
Im paying $410, zero $$$ down.
|
I financed for 5 years with 2k down
|
I financed for 6yrs (for best rate w/smallest payment) with 10k down, I'll have it paid off in 4 or less.
|
Leasing isn't mod friendly. Since the dealer didn't have any special interest rate or anything cash-ola for me. Actually added 1/2 to LOC.
|
10k down, 60 month am at 3.1%. $230 ish payment.
I don't like big payments. Also don't like leasing. Rather own it. |
I'm sorta like alyon with the 10K down, but 24 months at 2.9%. $900 ish.
I don't like big payments either, but I'd rather own this car ASAP and put that money back towards my plans of travelling and owning a house one day. |
Leased. No money down, 33 months at $350/month.
