Sad day for me today
 

Just got an email from our sponsored autistic children in ronald mcdonald house I can't help every year any more, every year for 6 yrs now I helped give food and toys for autistic kids at the ronald mcdonald house but last Christmas eve me and my best friend got in trouble when he was in charge of the gravy pot me in the turkey slice. he accidentally drop a cup of gravy on my pants and shoe and I guess I yelled out "what are you retarded", I didn't mean to its just my force of habit i say that to my friends, every now and then when we foul around but I guess that was not the good time to say something like that. I say I'm sorry to the moms and kids I didn't help when my friend tried to help and made it worst.

Ouch. Sorry to hear that. Sit down take your foot out of your mouth and try and find some other way to help.

On another note, it gets under my skin that people are so PC and sensitive these days. Ugh.

It was an honest mistake. Its not like our boy here deliberately said it to make fun of anyone. People need to get the sticks outta their asses.

i think it's great that you help out there, but honestly, i don't think that sort of language should be habitual. i've worked very hard to stop saying retarded, gay, and other offensive things like that because you just never know when it'll slip out like it did to you and cause you grief.
