TSUDO Hi Flow Cat back exhaust - NC Inspection

Does anyone have any info if the TSUDO exhaust will pass NC inspection? Want to do a upgrade but don't need any problems.

I'm pretty sure as long as your check engine light isn't on, it will pass inspection.

As long as you only replaced the mufflers and did not remove any catalytic converters you will pass without a problem.

All the NC inspection checks for is what the computer is reporting (the aforementioned check engine light). Hell, you can get a plug in Bluetooth adapter and clear them from your phone if need be. Basically, no check engine... you should be fine.

NC inspection will also see disabled sensors(Flagged as "not ready") which will not cause a CEL , so keep that in mind. The previous owner of a car I once bought had the rear o2 sensor disabled, apparently you are allowed one "not ready" and still pass. Further more some sensors have to be driven for a period of time once reset to re-establish readiness, so clearing codes for emissions might not be all there is to it. A CEL is fail right off the bat as far as i know though.

Disclaimer : I have no clue how this pertains to the FRS/BRZ, but I figured more info on nc inspection might by useful.
