Toyota 86 Display and Test Drive at Megaweb?

It appears Toyota has the 86 available for test drive on the Ride One facility at Megaweb in Odaiba, Tokyo?

Also appears to be on display in what looks like the lower section of History Garage.

Anyone in Tokyo that can confirm these test drives are available to the public like all other Ride One drives?

I happen to be in Tokyo in the first two weeks of January....... good excuse to head back to Megaweb, this time with an international drivers license...
