volo vp212 performance chip module
Has anyone tried the volo vp212 performance chip module? If so does it work? Any other feedback would be great. Thanks

I would bet my FRS that it absolutely does not work. This is just a fancier "chip" gimmick. Even a quick Google search shows scams all over. This guy actually lost horsepower by installing the volo "chip" http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho....php?p=3607655 The only way you are actually going to see any gains when tuning N/A is through some kind of ECU flashing software that is tuned by an experienced tuner. The most popular type for our cars currently are Ecutek and Unichip. These will be much more expensive, but you can't skimp out when you are talking about modern car ECU flashing with direct injection, and variable valve timing. I will tell you however that these flashes are well worth the price. It makes the car much more enjoyable to drive.
