So a little background, I'm from the deep south (Mississippi Gulf Coast) originally and I'm living in Michigan currently. I drive home on occasion and while I lived in Tennessee for a while and I've driven through Kentucky a few times, I haven't seen much of it. With the long weekend coming up and no plans yet I thought I might spend a few days just driving the hills and was wondering if anyone in the area might recommend a good driving route that can be done in a few days that would give me a good taste of the area. Thanks!

If you're passing through on I75 take the Lexington, KY exit 108 towards Lexington. Right if you are south bound. You will be on Man O War, take a left at Richmond Rd. This is 25/421.
Follow this road, and look for 25/421 fork on your right when you are driving past small lake on left side. Keep following this road, it is a total shredding road and never any police.
It spits you out about 10 miles south back on I75 and has 2-3 places you can also get back on I75. You can follow it all the way to Richmond but its only fun up till you get to the dead end with I75 on your left.
