Knee Pad trim part number?
 
Does anyone know a part number for the knee pad silver trim? messed mine up and need a new one.. =[ sadly Canada doesn't have a lot of the parts that the US has.. help someone?

I don't think the silver trim is part of the knee pad.

You may have to purchase it separately, but it does attach to the knee rest before installation. The silver trim is attached to the knee rest, not to the center console.

By the way @TotsGT86, if you haven't had the knee rest out before, be sure you read up on how to do it before you go yanking on it. It's a little more complicated than it looks. In order to get the knee rest out, you actually have to remove the entire center console (the part that runs all the way back to the rear seats). If you try to pull the knee rest out without removing the center console, you will likely break something. There's a pretty good write up with pics here.

Also, if you're having to pull the center console to replace a knee rest anyway, why not go ahead and buy the padded JDM knee rests? I have them, and I personally think they're a nice improvement over the stock hard plastic. They come up for sale in the classified section sometimes for a little less than retail. For that matter, the stock hard plastic ones come up for sale also.
