HELP! 1999 Honda Civic EX Auto Distributor Problem
 

Hi Guys. I posted this on the Honda forum and got no response. I figured maybe one of you here may have owned a 1999 Honda Civic EX before. The car recently won't start up so I'm pretty much pinning it on the distributor since i'm not getting any sparks. I was wondering if this one would be able to work with the car. VIN# 1HGEJ8240XL081819. I noticed there are different distributors on ebay that varies from 7pin to 9pin. I believe my engine is a D16Y8.

I was told I might need to go with the TD-80U from the ebay seller instead of the TD-73U. Any help will be greatly appreciated! :thanks:
