When will we hear official pricing info?

Will it be ay NAIAS (Detroit) in January or will it be Chucago Auto Show in February. We know the USDM BRZ will debut at NAIAS but that doesn't mean pricing will be revealed. Will Subaru/Scion milk this info all the way out to February?

A few articles mentioned February (Chicago Auto Show) for pricing.

Not the most reliable auto news websites but none the less. Or could we maybe hope for the pricing to get leaked before the auto shows?

Your guess is as good as mine. Obviously I'd rather find out earlier than later but I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Seems it's been pretty dry on the leak front.....waiting for the Leak storm.

^ I agree, there will be more photos/info given and someone will give prices/packages

The last leak storm flooded the forum and it shut down, man the life boats!

I'd be happy if they would just leak the damn option packages... Then we could all fight over how much they will cost ;)

Yeah we haven't had a good thread with much arguing lately. Guess the seat thread in the Scion section is the closest.

Like many of you, pricing is really the last thing I am waiting on before I make my decision. The sooner that comes out the better. I am hoping it gets leaked around Detroit but wouldn't be surprised if it was after Detroit but before Chicago.

You know, I think they're still jostling with the price issue due to the strong Japanese Yen. I guess the best idea is when its closer and closer to release.

I need some price numbers so I can put some money aside to get rid of my damn Wisdom Teeth!

From a medical standpoint, if those wisdom teeth are impacting, I'd get rid of them as soon as I can. Otherwise :/ mm... lol

I would say Chicago. It will be closer to spring and the release date. I'm sure they want plenty of time to throw down the perfect price.

JDLM 12-14-2011 09:19 AM

I'm sure they want to stay competitive in pricing as well not to get rid of the core market

I am sure they will bleed us for every penny they can get. If they can maintain FR-S/BRZ hysteria then they will price the car at a premium and hope that everyone will scratch and scrape to add a couple thousand more to what they really wanted to pay for the car just so they can have one.

Buggy's not a dentist (or maybe he is...?) but he did stay at a Holiday Inn last night
