Not sure what section to put this in--but think of the uses...

Neat, kinda looks like it changes the color of the object it's applied to though.

dem00n 02-11-2013 06:06 PM

Yup, changes it to a more misty color after applying.

Good idea for anything that is not post to please visually.

I'm thinking wheelwells!

So awesome. Science is so cool too bad I'm too dumb. Very interesting. Literally limitless applications

spgrizz22 02-11-2013 07:48 PM

I wonder if this would work

Entire underbody.

That's Ultra Ever Dry. It's dries translucent white. They claim they can do custom colors on request. Probably pricey. As far as I know there's one vendor for it, a place called Global Industrial. About $175 for enough product to cover 42 square feet. Just over $4/sq.ft.

Seems like wild stuff. Can't wait to get my hands on some.

Things I would spray this on:

-The Cat (so when they go out in the rain they don't come in gross)
-The Dog (same reason as cat)
-Umbrellas
-The entire roof of my house
-Deck of my trailer
-My van
-My EZup tents
-All my shop/outdoor cloths including work gloves (like in the video)

-Would like to get the colored stuff and paint my race car! Also wish the non-colored stuff could be used for glass.

I wonder how well it works on car paint.. and if it'll damage it or not.

Calum 02-11-2013 11:13 PM

Can I coat my kids in it?

dem00n 02-11-2013 11:38 PM

Car carpet/mats anyone?

Some detailers should get their hands on this stuff and test it.

See how it goes!

i've got 2 ideas for it:

1. windshield (who needs RainX?)
2. toilet bowl. just imagine...frictionless toilets. never have poop stuck to the side again! so awesome.

They sell these for shoes. I think last time I saw a similar product to this was 4 or 5 years ago but cost a good penny?
