Paint protection film??

I wanted to get the paint protection on my fr-s does anybody know where in the Bay Area I can get it done and for a good price??? Thanks

My advice get it done right by one of the best in the area - Premier in Fremont. They are not cheap but they did my Lexus and I was very happy. I ended up having the dealer do my BRZ and it was disappointing they messed up the install. For roughly the same price I should have had Premier do it. Last year they quoted me about $600 for the front bumper.

I bought a pre-cut kit from invisiblemask, and I'm currently doing the install myself. I've never done it before, but I'm a DIY'er. So far, it's turning out pretty well and fairly easy to do.

No problem. I actually finished the install this weekend. It takes a couple of days for the residual bubbles to come out, so I'll hold off on taking pictures for a few days. The bubbles in the part I installed first several days ago have all disappeared and it looks perfect. I'm hoping that will stay true.

I ended up getting the full bumper, hood/fender, mirror, lights, rocker panel and splash guards. Plan on taking a full day or most of your weekend to do the install. Having a second hand is needed for some parts. So far I'm happy with the results, and given the amount of money saved, it was worth it.

OK, I took some pics today. Sorry, but I can't seem to get enough detail for you to truly judge. Obvious from afar, it looks perfect. You can't even see the clear bra. If you look very closely, there are some very minor imperfections that I'm sure a pro would not have had. Given that this was my first attempt, I'm satisfied with the result. I have the full bumper covered, partial hood and fender, mirrors, rocker panels and rear splash guard.

this guy did my opticoat. i think i was the fr-s that he did. and i'm super happy with the work. opticoat doesn't guarantee against dings and chips, but it does provide a bit of protection against minor scratches. it also protects the paint much longer and makes the car SUPER easy to clean/wash. if you're looking for protection against chips then i'd say go for the clear bra. i didn't get it, but this is a dd for me and so i'm expecting x amount of chips and whatnot. andrew is a super friendly guy and really good at what he does (opticoating and maybe even clear bra installs). i'd recommend him.

I just got my clear bra done by Vincent at Omega Werk in Pleasanton. He does excellent work. Not cheap though! He does book out one month in advance. I made an appointment with him even before I got my car
