TRD air filter and HP increase

Toyota claims that using the TRD air filter will increase HP through better air flow. What do you think Toyota is talking about 1hp? 3hp? 5hp?. Since the part is only about $70 it might be the cheapest mod on per/hp basis that you could make to the car.

The TRD filter may, or may not be, better. It would be useful if TRD provided independent testing results.
