Fun in the Snow
 

So last night a couple of buddies and I gathered at a local walmart parking lot for a video shoot and got stupid in our cars with the snow.

We are planning to get another shoot in tonight if anyone else is interested and wants to get some video time in.

Is that legal?

Parking lots are private and the lot owner would have to bring a motion to bring trespassing however this would eventually be dismissed as lots can be considered an accessway. Stunt driving cannot be applied as it falls under the Highway Traffic Act
