I've never understood why you'd want a push button starter when you have to put the key in anyways. Unless the car recognizes the key is near and allows you to just hit the button(?)

So basically the button is red now? For $225? Yikes.

Can I have your old button? :D

Not knocking OP's purchase at all (his money, his taste), but knocking instead on TRD. WTF were they thinking when they priced this thing out? How much R&D and engineering did it take to make that button? That thing is worth $2 tops in material and manufacturing. The capital to make the original button is already in place, just change the colour and lettering and housing slightly and bam, $225?

Kevin O'Leary is probably having an orasm just hearing about a 11150% profit on a $2 part.

have no key....this is the biggest car convenience improvement in the past 50 years. love it. keep the fob in your pocket and door unlocks when you walk up. wonderful. hit the button and go, :)
