Work Kiwami 18x7.5 +38 anyone??
Hey guys could someone kindly point me to where I can find pics of this wheel installed on the 86/FR-S? According to 1010 calculator they should fit fine, but I just wanted to see how it will look like on the car. Doesn't seem to be a very popular fitment size....:iono:

It won't be concave, and it will be tucked (not flush) that's why it's not very popular.
Here's approx what the fitment would look like, depending on your tire selection. It will be even more tucked in if you plan on lowering. You can push it out with spacers if you want. http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/a...1/d49ec78a.jpg |
I'm thinking to get 18X7.5 +38 size. They are on sale about $240 in Japan. Personally I dont like concave style and not going to run meaty tire either. For this size, front is perfect flush but rear need to add about 5mm to get flush. If you dont want to add spacers, you can run like Federal 225/40/18 595RS-R, their tire section width is 231mm (9.1") and weight 10.9KG. Of course, there are many other brand have wider section width.
Work kiwami 7.5J weight is about 8.6KG. (8.5J is almost 10KG) . Total is about 20KG for 7.5J and Federal 225/40/18 595RS-R . Acceptable weight for 18" wheels. Check link below to see a lot of wheels fitment picture for FRS/86/BRZ. http://www.fujicorporation.com/eng/s...16&p=1&car=110 |
