Neither. aFe, perrin cold air, greddy intake, or fa20club are the only decent ones in my eyes. Next time use the :search:

Save your money and Just get a drop in filter

It outperforms an intake system

I will agree the current evidence points to this. But I still haven't seen conclusive evidence that this is the case. Particularly after the car is tuned. Time will tell.

I have the AEM and am happy with it. I like the Vigilant CAI, I'd go with that if I didn't pick up the AEM.

My AEM install:

Perrin CAI. Like it better than the aFe which I replaced that with. No take off issues and outstanding design.

I have Injen SRI, and i'm completely happy w/ it.

gabeg86 02-04-2013 12:24 AM

i'm going with fa20club. one of the few true CAI's available. only true cold air intakes available are the perrin, vigilant, and fa20club, so those are my suggestions

Most intakes are the same. I really like the greddy one.

No it doesnt. If youre talking about best bang for the buck then maybe, but a drop in will never exceed the performance of an actual intake.

I have Injen and am satisfied with it. Saves 3 lbs at the front and one step closer to 50/50 weight distribution = win!!
