Thats pretty cool actually, wish i could apply but I just got a new job doing IT with my local school district and im 10 hours away. Maybe when i get bored of this town i need to move to a bigger city.

Growing national Managed IT Services company is seeking a candidate to fill an open Helpdesk Analyst position in our Dallas, TX location.
Description
The Helpdesk Analyst is the front-line of our support structure. The Helpdesk Analyst is a member of the Helpdesk team and handles the initial triage of all incoming support calls and emails. Depending on the initial triage assessment the Helpdesk Analyst will attempt to rectify the issue using their own skills and/or our knowledgebase or escalate the issue to Level 2 support. Some on-site support may be required at times.
Technical Skills
• Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows desktop operating system
• Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows server operating system
• Proficient in troubleshooting Mac OS X operating system
• Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals
• Proficient in removing viruses, trojans, malware, and/or spyware
• Ability to troubleshoot other applications including, but not limited to:
o Adobe products
o Internet browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Opera
o Email clients other than Microsoft Outlook including web-based email clients
• Ability to troubleshoot mobile devices such as cellular telephones, PDA's, and tablets
