I've had these for every car model I've owned. They're a good insight into parts you never knew existed, different ways of doing things, mods you never thought of, and plenty of color photos of what other people have done. I stole a couple ideas from these in the past, things nobody'd thought to do, but ended up in a magazine instead of the internet.

At the very least, it's worth it to enjoy the pics. Just saying.

Hyper REV is an awesome mag plus it makes a great collector's item.

Hyper Revs are awesome and I've been waiting for the 86/BRZ one.

Wow, didn't know about that site. They also sell Car...the Japanese one. That magazine is also pretty great, although a bit less novel now that I know where to find it online. Shipping is (expectedly) insane though...$15 for one magazine.

picked this up on recent trip to japan. only 20 buks (2000yen). doesnt matter if you dont understand japanese, its the ultimate jdm parts bible for this car. Most of the specification like dimensions, weight, spring rates etc can easily be understood and all the brands have english names so are easily recognizable. tons and tons of closeup pictures of parts.

All he said was basically "that's right!" I'd have to de-rail this into a discussion in Japanese, but I'm at work and am unable to type in Japanese characters on this computer... blahhh
