Photoshop request - carbon fiber on DGM BRZ

Hi guys/girls,

I have been thinking about this and I am curious to see how it looks. I want to add a carbon fiber wrap to my hood, roof, and possibly my trunk (minus the spoiler). Can someone please do a photoshop and post here, ( @Snoopyalien24 ), I would really appreciate your help. I will attach some pictures so you can have a starting point. You don't have to use all of them, I figured I provide a few options to use. The last two pictures are from my BRZ.. Thanks in advance.

Bump for an interesting art project. Perhaps you're bored in class and would like a challenge? Or bored at work? Home? :-)

Having a degree in photography makes this sort of thing easy. Hope it helps! :)

Never Mind, sorry. Gave it a try, but it's hard as hell trying to match the sunlight with the picture's looked retarded when I tried.

Wow nice! Oh you put low opacity on it rather then trying to artificially make it?

To be exact I found a carbon fiber texture online, put it on top of the image and skewed it so it would fit the hood, then I made a selection around the hood using the pen tool and used it to apply a layer mask to the carbon fiber texture.

After that I changed blending mode of the carbon fiber texture layer to multiply and lowered the opacity a bit.

i'm not in front of my computer but a good way to do it is make a CF pattern and do a fill on the selection on a new layer.

Problem with these is the pictures are at a distance at which you wouldn't notice the pattern of fiber. That far away it just looks like a dark grey. On the example above the weaving would be like an inch thick when you got up close. I can give it a shot if you want to take a close picture.
