How to get a hold of Subaru of Canada?
 

unable to reach a real human at Subaru of Canada. Their phone number listed on the website links to a voice mail, and i called during business hours.

i want to call them to ask where my car is since my dealer is unable to tell me. My car has reached the port of Vancouver on Christmas.

Have you tried emailing? That might be your best bet.

At this rate I might get mine first!

Yea i filled out the email contact form on their website. No one got back to me :(
Subaru doesn't seem to have that good of a customer service.

How did you find out where your car is?

I bought it off the lot, I bought one of the ones from barrie. They still have another, though I think its a MT.
They are just keeping it for me until the snow is gone.

maybe i'll go to barrie sometime and request to "see" your car and have a test drive in it? lol kidding.

My dealer just emailed me and my car has arrived! They still have to install the HomeLink mirror but i'm picking it up as soon as it's done! so excited!
