What should I do to my FRS next?

Currently I only have an exhaust. Tsudo exhaust to be exact. I don't want my car to look ricey. I'm trying to get all the cheap easy mods first before I get into the expensive stuff. I currently am planning on getting a 30% tint and a fin antenna. Possibly gonna also get a WORKS drop in filter. I was just wondering if I should get anything else that isn't that expensive, looks nice and gives out an increase in hp. I'm not really a car savvy guy either. This is my first car

take some driving courses, improving your abilities will be the best money you can spend for your car.

Learn how to drive from a professional driver, not a middle aged divorced dmv driving instructor. That way you won't have to know what crashing $25,000 feels like.

I don't plan on crashing lol. I'm a very safe driver and very cautious on the road. Being a student I cannot risk getting a ticket or accident since it'll make my insurance skyrocket. Nonetheless, I want to drive in style lol

Who plans on crashing? Whether you plan on it or not has no bearing on if you should improve your driving abilities and learn how to handle the vehicle better, more responsibly, and in a fun way.

Very little things are inexpensive, look nice, and "give out an increase in hp". Don't let that be your focus until you've modded yourself a good degree. You know who else looks for cheap, nice looking hp increasing mods? Civic EG owners.

No one plans on crashing. The fact that you CANT AFFORD an accident is all the more reason to take a driving course. I'm 17 and I know the feeling of wrecking a $3000 car. It was the worst day of my life to date. I'm going to schedule driving training when I get my next paycheck.

He wants to spiffy up his car, not enter it in the Daytona 500...

Because you crashed your car doesn't mean everyone else needs lessons...

Bump up that post count buddy.

Sharing a personal anecdote to further promote his point doesn't mean he's implying everyone will crash their car?

The OP was asking for "cheap, quick mods that give good hp". Care to share some answers to his question then instead of just ripping on other posters giving useful, constructive opinions?

After your exhaust and drop-in filter, get a tune. That should give you nice gains for the money.

And how do driving lessons from Professional drivers equate to "cheap quick mods that give good hp"? Unless that pro driver's got a turbo shoved up his ass...

While we have all provided at least some suggestion, you have yet to do so.

Our reasoning is clear: quick, cheap, easy mods that give good hp are non-existent. Tune your own driving skills and you will enjoy this car more than the enjoyment that neon lights and anything else prevalent on late-model Civics will...

Or do you still not get it?
