Cabin Dome/Map LED

Does the middle setting turn off automatically with an LED bulb? Mine appears to stay on indefinitely, effectively negating the 'Door' function.

Nope. Mine works exactly how it did with the factory bulb.

Your LED bulb is still making a partial connection to ground. Your bulb is either defective (highly likely) or your car is not operating correctly (highly unlikely). Put the stock bulb back in and see what happens.
