Anyone else having issues reading their texts via the stock head unit? I'm using a Galaxy Nexus and haven't been able to connect it. Apparently there's an issue with the MAP for the phone, but I haven't found any resolutions. Just wondering if anyone here figured it out.

Your ROM will need the Bluetooth Message Access Protocol built-in to it. I've yet to find a Jelly Bean ROM that has it. I know that Ice Cream Sandwich had it in CM9 and derivatives.

If you find a JB ROM that has it, I'd love to hear about it.

Interesting. Now is that only a feature for the BRZ headunit, or is the Bespoke hung of junk supposed to do that as well? Cause that'd be a nifty as heck feature.

And only slightly off topic, but dues anyone know if there is any video-in capability? I was thinking the other day that it'd be sweet to figure out how to have a mirror display of your cell (HTC evo 4g lte in my case) by using one of those mini mhl cords...

Not sure if Bespoke has it as well.

The BRZ Headunit has standard RCA composite video in feeds but you'd need an RCA to HU harness made up. It actually has two video inputs, one that engages when reverse gear is detected (for reverse cameras) and one that's an Aux. I don't think MHL can do an RCA composite signal though.
