tattoo help
 

Would anyone be up for helping me out with a tattoo?

What i want is a skin tearing tattoo that covers my collar bone shoulder and bicep/tricep however instead of muscle fibers under it i want hulk green skin but shading like muscle underneath. So for instance this pictures skin and shading under the skin tear. Minus the popeye tattoo. Lol

The good thing is it'll be on my left shoulder/arm too. Anyone bored and up for a challenge? Im into art too but im usually one that can clean up something. I just need some where to start. Photoshop may be a easy tool to use for this one.
