an option is to drill into the plug and tap it for 1/8 npt.

Greddy makes this adapter but its for PT/BSPT and not NPT... You can get away with NPT in a PT hole usually.

mill the face of the M12 port flat and run an M12 banjo bolt off the existing port with a short length of -3 or -4 line to the pressure sensor using either an AN to female NPT adaptor or a distribution block.

For the temp sender, I drilled/tapped into the larger plug in the HKS plate so it became a metric to NPT adapter.

AS much as a hassle it seems to most folks who don't fabricate much, it's rather really not too expensive nor much of an inconvenience.

If you find a decent machine shop, and every town has one, just by looking into the good ol Yellow Pages.
Don't start with Google as most of these shops are run by old fogies with much talent, but never really publish themselves on the web, because they operate mostly based on local auto shops, contractors, plumbers and repair places giving them a constant flow of things to do, and not cater much to the normal consumers.

You can just take the things to be fitted, and tell them "I need this to go into this" and they will usually give you a few ways to do it, then fabricate the proper hole and thread where you need it within a day, and with very good precision.

Things such as this is easy for them, and they will just probably charge you $20~40 cash, and you will be on your merry way installing it with proper fit, and a very clean installation rather than stacking multiple adapters that look messy and cheap.
