Electrical question. LED DRL hookeup
 

Where is a good location to tap power for led running lights im adding to my headlights. I want them on when the car is on. Thinking of disabling the drl.

I just did a Silverado with spider lights I went about 3" behind the connector it worked out well still giving enough room to plug the bulbs in.

Here they are I plan on bringing this bad boy to the auto show at local motors in march depending on how much I have done.

I found a accessory plug at autozone that plugs into the port in the glovebox and wired it to that.. When my car is running ip they are on.. But if for any reason I need them off, just unplug it

Thats quick and simple. And I dont use that plug. Thanks!
