There is quite a bit involved with the installation of this kit including modifying the stock fuel pump assembly, installing injectors, removing the oil pan and welding an oil return fitting to the oil pan, running coolant and oil lines for the turbo, fabricating -10 line and fittings for the oil return, removing the front bumper assembly to run piping including modifying some of the plastic ducting behind it, but all in all, its going great!

Custom Boost Gauge Install

http://i1273.photobucket.com/albums/...ps8c30054f.jpg

Overall, we're very satisfied with the kit! The fitment is great, it takes time and patience to get it right. We also installed a catch can and manual boost controller. The boost controller is there to keep the wastegate in check. It adds the ability for the customer to turn it up later on when he switches to E85 without changing wastegate springs. Once everything is together, it is a little crowded around the area under the turbo, but it is manageable, you don't have to disassemble everything to make adjustments. We're hoping to get some base map dyno numbers soon!

We are a Full Blown Dealer
It's $4495 for the kit. Install is going to be around $950, You'll also need to purchase oil and filter, and there will be a shop supplies fee of $50 to cover sealant, misc odds and ends, cleaners, etc. I highly recommend a boost gauge, boost controller, and vacuum block as well!

Will need to know what meets this car is going to so I can get a ride. I could make it out to Hunt Valley, but it's a semi-hike.

If it's completed Friday, I plan to go to the Hunt Valley Cars and Coffee Saturday morning. We'll see how good Full Blown is about sending my tune(s).

Probably not making it out this weekend, unless I can convince my friend who I'm meeting in Ellicott City in the evening to come hang out and entertain me after.

How do you feel about letting others drive?

That'll be pretty hard at this point.. I have so much money into the car, with summer tires which are squirly in the winter. Frankly, I'm going to be nervous pushing it even when it's dry. The tune I will be getting should put down 300-305whp running pump 93octane on 8.5psi.

I have maybe $2-3k more left to go sadly... I have the first turbo FT86 in MD and I plan to be 1 of 3 to break the 11 second mark in the 1/4 mile. Gotta pay to play.

Understandable. Just let me know which meets to track you down to.
