Exhaust problem help?

So 2 problems. 1 i broke the exhaust bolt in the middle of the car.. the one that has the spring on it so would i have to go to the dealer to order one? i mexican rigged it with a washer and a bolt and it holds up for now and seconed. When i push on the gas in the morning "after car is warmed" it sounds like metal to metal like a exhaust leak Maybe? I have a Magnoflow cat back with 4k miles on it.and since i put it on ive heard it.. im thinkin of switching to perrin?
I always try to make the bolts loose reposition and re tighten to make it tighter but i still have it maybe catylic converter?

Exhaust needs repositioning. Something is touching the drive shaft. There was an install described here where the pipe needed to have a position adjustment near the cat.

This happened to me. Get it from the dealer.
Second, you probably broke it (as I did), because you left out the Donut Gasket that goes on the frontpipe. That is why I broke it, since the gasket wasn't there, the pipe kept coming forward past the bolt length.

The donut gasket was it i was just tightening it as tight as i could to see if it would make the sound not all loud and shiz. the bolt snapped in half im thinking of selling it for like 200$ and buying a perrin if perrin is good
