O.Z. Wheels

IHas anyone have experience with them? are they a good company? I saw one of there wheels on an Acura NSX and Im in love, I think they are called Ultraleggera. How expensive are they?

In the past on all of my cars I've only put Work Wheels on them, so I just wanted to know.

Thank you

I ran 16x7 Ultraleggera's on my MINI with Hoosier R6's and they were good wheels. Good stiffness, light, but a bit pricey. IMO, worth it. They're a legit wheel from a legit wheel company.

OZ makes a really good wheel, shouldn't have any complaints if you get a set

they got some really really light stuff too

solid rim company

I used to have a set of 18"x8" O.Z. Racing Superleggera's on my Celica GT-Four (ST205) and they were amazing. Light weight for the size, very strong, used to hit a fair few potholes in the roads round here (UK) and never managed to damage a wheel, did about 28,000 miles on them no problems.....

Though, yes, they are quite expensive.. looked awesome though!

Great company and wheels.

Price wise they are similar to others: (prices from tirerack, stuck with black (when possible) just to keep pricing equal as different finishes result in a different cost)
17x8 OZ Ultraleggera Black: $276 - 17.0lbs
17x8 Enkei Racing PF01 Black: $265 - 17.3lbs
17x8 Enkei Racing RPF1 Black: $252 - 15.6lbs
17x8 OZ Alleggerita HLT Black: $339 - 15.6lbs
17x8 Kosei K1 TS Grey (no black avail): $269 - 15.5lbs

Ran some on my Impreza a few years back.

Good quality wheels, if a little pricey.

I had people queuing up to buy them when I sold the scooby!

Dave-ROR 12-06-2011 02:56 PM

They really aren't that pricey compared to the other similar options. Sure they are expensive compared to a 23lb wheel, but that's apples to oranges..

DuMa 12-06-2011 03:04 PM

tirerack will have them.

I hope that price is for a full set.

Abflug 12-06-2011 04:59 PM

high quality, light, very good price-performance ratio, etc.

beside BBS, OZ is in my prime selection for wheels (because there is no possibilty to get JDM wheels official legalized in D)

IMO very good choice!

What is the diff between the HLT version and a normal version of an o.z. wheel?

Dave-ROR 12-07-2011 02:57 PM

According to their site:

shrug.
