Not sure when it will air in the US, but at least it's back! EDIT: It appears it will be airing Feb. 4th in the US.

That is surprising. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that it's owned by the BBC?

Yup, just search Top Gear S19E01 after it airs in the UK. It'll be there.
