Question about Flossy shift knobs
 

Howdy I was wondering when do I have the option of customizing my flossy shift knob? I add the one I want into the cart and it says includes custom engraving, but then all of a sudden im at the final step to pay for it without any input on what to engrave it with... Do I pay and then someone sends me an email asking what I want engraved? Looking for someone who has already done this before. Btw im ordering off the official website.
